SPICED INDIAN BUTTERMILK/ MOR

This buttermilk or ‘Mor’ is a must in most South Indian households during the summer. Mor is a tamil word which means watered down yoghurt which is tempered with certain spices.
The buttermilk cools down your body and has many health benefits too. It tastes delicious and you can even eat the curry leaves which is so good for your hair. Yum!I remember picking out the curry leaves from my food and leaving it aside when I was little. Now with all the hairfall issues most people face………… I just eat it no matter what! Sigh!!!…………………Times change!LOL!
